This agreement is a legal contract between you and GW VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or pricing and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality and should avoid jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, or local network issues. Mobile carrier data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If using roaming outside your home country, confirm the bill payer has approved the usage and understand carrier fees before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service unavailability caused by battery depletion, disabled permissions, third-party platform changes, or similar user-side factors is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route information, but some data may depend on partners or real-time network status. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when required. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service according to applicable rules.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital access are shared, resold, or abused.
