This Privacy Policy explains how GW VPN (the 'Service' or 'we') handles personal information through its mobile application (the 'App'). The Service is provided as is, and we take reasonable measures within this policy to protect user privacy.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, and session duration. To provide more accurate route suggestions, we may also process approximate device location. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on GW VPN node distribution; 2. improve stability through anonymized aggregate analysis; 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account communications.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis and feature improvement. Except as required by legal process, user safety, fraud investigation, or contracted service providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not share personal information. You may stop new collection by uninstalling the App through the standard device process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel an account and delete personal profile information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover such data was collected by mistake, we will take steps to delete it. Guardians may contact us through the same email address.

This Privacy Policy may be updated for regulatory or business reasons. Please review this page periodically; continued use after publication of changes means you accept the revised policy.
